Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges once the product has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To validate any damage-related claims, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video must show:

    • The sealed outer packaging

    • The product being removed and inspected

    • Any visible damage or defect

Without this video, no claim will be entertained.

Damage Claims – 24-Hour Window

If your item arrives damaged due to transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To file a claim, please email us at info@stilesovranocreations.com or message us with:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • The unboxing video

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without required media will be declined without exception.

Once your return is approved, you will get detailed email for initiating returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds via Credit Note Only

In rare cases where a claim is approved, we will issue a credit note in the form of a gift card. This gift card can be applied to your next purchase. No cash refunds, bank transfers, or payment reversals will be processed under any circumstances.

Important Notes for Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Any attempt to raise a payment dispute or chargeback after delivery—without following the above claim process—will be considered a violation of agreed terms.

We reserve the right to submit all proof (order records, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance, and absence of valid claim) to payment processors to defend against unauthorized disputes.
